All services are advisory in nature. Interfeat does not operate as a traditional marketing agency, recruitment agency, legal firm, or accounting provider.
2. Service Engagement
Service engagement begins only after:
- Confirmation of purchase or formal agreement
- Payment confirmation (when applicable)
- Alignment of scope and deliverables
The specific details of each service, including deliverables and timelines, are defined on the respective service pages or through direct written communication.
Interfeat reserves the right to refuse service if alignment of expectations cannot be established.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to the pricing structure published at the time of purchase.
For digital services purchased via third-party platforms (such as Kiwify), payment processing, refunds, and transaction security are governed in part by the platform’s policies.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Suspension of service
- Cancellation of service
- Restricted access to deliverables
Refund eligibility, when applicable, follows the consumer protection laws relevant to the jurisdiction of the transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Interfeat remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Clients retain rights to final deliverables produced specifically for them.
- Interfeat retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio or institutional presentation purposes, unless confidentiality is formally requested.
White-label digital assets are transferred according to the terms defined at the time of sale. Unauthorized redistribution or replication of structured digital assets is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Deliver required materials within agreed timelines
- Respect scope boundaries defined in service agreements
- Maintain professional communication standards
Delays in client-provided materials may impact delivery timelines.
Interfeat is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from incomplete or delayed client cooperation.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Interfeat provides strategic advisory and structured positioning services. While services are designed to improve authority, positioning, and discoverability, the Company does not guarantee:
- Specific revenue increases
- Guaranteed search engine rankings
- Guaranteed publication acceptance
- Guaranteed recruitment outcomes
- Guaranteed partnership agreements
Results depend on multiple external factors beyond Interfeat’s control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, institutional policies, and client implementation.
7. Curated Talent Network & Matching Disclaimer
Participation in the Talent Network does not guarantee recommendation to companies.
Enrollment provides structured branding and positioning guidance. Recommendation to organizations occurs only when alignment standards are met.
For organizations using the Curated Talent Matching service, Interfeat provides structured recommendations but does not guarantee hiring decisions or employment outcomes.
Final hiring decisions remain solely with the organization.
8. Academic and Literary Advisory Disclaimer
Academic and literary review services focus on structural refinement and compliance guidance. Interfeat does not guarantee:
- Institutional approval
- Academic grading outcomes
- Publication contracts
- Commercial book success
Final decisions remain with academic institutions, publishers, or relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interfeat shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
- Platform-related technical disruptions
- Decisions made by third parties
Liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Confidentiality
Interfeat treats client information as confidential. Materials shared for advisory or revision purposes are handled with professional discretion.
Confidentiality may be reinforced through written agreements when required.
11. Modifications to Terms
